Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM) is one of the 11 project participants on the EU Donor Funded Smart Grids Programme. NMBM’s project focused on Advanced Asset Management. SANEDI as the South African Smart Grid Initiative (SASGI) secretariat in collaboration with NMBM is hosting the 1st Quarterly SASGI Session at NMBM. This session will include a presentation on NMBM’s Smart City Concept and pilot project implementations. Also included in the day’s activities is a presentation by the Nelson Mandela University, UYilo E-Mobility Programme and a visit to installations and pilot sites.
